I acknowledge and understand that there may be risks associated with my child's participation in gymnastics and sports-related activities provided by TheGymnast . These activities may expose my child to potential injuries and I accept these risks. I agree to waive any claims or damages against TheGymnast and its representatives regarding any injuries that my child may incur while participating in their activities. I am confident in my child's ability to participate safely and will take necessary precautions to prevent injuries.
I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my child's involvement in any training or competition arranged by TheGymnast or a third party, and I am aware of the potential risks and hazards that come with such activities. I willingly assume all liability and hold TheGymnast harmless for any injuries or damages that may occur during my child's participation.
I understand and accept that TheGymnast will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses, including physical injuries caused to me or my child while participating in any activities or programs offered by TheGymnast.
I acknowledge and accept that being in a public place exposes my child to the risk of infectious diseases, including influenza and COVID-19. By enrolling in TheGymnast, I take on this risk voluntarily.
I understand that while participating in TheGymnast programs, there may be instances where my child may come into incidental contact with other children and staff, and that all efforts will be made to follow Covid-19 related government guidelines. However, I acknowledge that despite best intentions, there may be times when the recommended guidelines may be breached.
I declare that my child is fit, healthy, and physically capable to participate in the activity.
I authorize TheGymnast to seek medical care for my child if they are injured, experience an incident, or become sick while participating in their activities. This includes situations where a paramedic or medical professional determines that urgent medical attention is necessary.
The staff at TheGymnast will provide physical assistance and spotting to improve safety and performance during training. They will also assist in case of an injury. I acknowledge and agree that physical assistance and spotting will be a part of the process at TheGymnast.

Rules and Regulations

Our program is a long term program. You may choose any 1 option which is suitable for you.
Fees must be paid prior to the start date of the program.
The program fees are non-refundable. In the case of exceptional medical circumstances, the management may make an exception upon the submission of a medical certificate and approval from the Management.
Parents must ensure at least 80% attendance by the gymnast to help participants achieve the most out of their classes.
Parents should not interfere with the training session in any manner. Any concerns can be discussed with the coach by appointment.
TheGymnast team reserves the right to revise the program fee and term length at its discretion. Parents will be informed prior to any revisions.
Holidays for the year will be informed after admission. There won't be any makeover sessions for public holidays.
We ask that each participant consistently practices positive life skills and to self-regulate behavior. The actions of each individual influence the quality of participation for the entire group. Our goal is to facilitate successful participation for each child through the joint understanding, support, and practice of these positive life skills. Respect the rights of others. Respect and respond to adult authority. Accept differences among the group.
Appropriate clothing includes T-shirts, shorts, leotards, etc. Clothing needs to allow the participant to move easily and without impediments. AVOID any buckles, snaps, buttons, zippers, ornaments etc. Socks are optional.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. TheGymnast is not responsible for loss, theft or breakage of personal belongings.

Photography Consent

I give TheGymnast permission to share photos and videos of my child on social media, their official websites, and internal publications. If needed, I can revoke this authorization by sending a request to TheGymnast on thegymnastindia@gmail.com .
